We're recruiting for three exciting new roles in our Development Team

Over the past decade, The Cares Family has grown from a tiny idea in a single place into a national movement building community and connection in disconnecting times. Combined, our charities have connected some 25,000 older and younger neighbours to share nearly 1 million interactions and 250,000 hours.
As well as having an impact on individual lives and communities, in the past three years, The Cares Family has started to have an impact at the systemic and cultural levels too – through new projects, storytelling and campaigning that are rapidly increasing our profile and making an even bigger difference.
With the arrival of the pandemic, loneliness is better understood than ever and empathy for people experiencing it has increased. The Cares Family is therefore at a moment of opportunity to make an even bigger difference in the years ahead – spurring a ripple effect of change everywhere in the UK.
To do that, we are hiring for three new positions within our Development Team. These new roles will help us meet our ambitious income targets in a continued time of uncertainty, drive new income generation strategies, nurture key partnerships and ultimately help us drive the change we wish to see.
If you'd like to build on the success of our friendly, high performing and ambitious fundraising team, work with a wonderful wider staff team of nearly 50 people and build connection and community across the UK? Read the job descriptions and apply via the links below!
The Cares Family is an anti-racist, anti-discriminatory organisation. We particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people, people with disabilities and people from lower-income and diverse educational backgrounds who may be under-represented in our organisation.
